• Guests can check-in any time after 12PM. If the reception is closed, guests are advised to ring the night bell and the host will come to greet them.

• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

• All rooms are non-smoking. Pets unfortunately are not allowed. 

     

Cancellation Policy

 

• Cancellation: You will be charged the total price if you cancel after reservation and the total price if you cancel within 1 day before arrival.

• How to cancel You can use the link in the confirmation email to cancel your booking

• Prepayment: You will be charged a prepayment of the 1st night after reservation.

• Taxes and service charges: 17 % Tax is excluded.
